What is Lisi Contracting's payment procedure?

Upon signing the job estimate, it is our standard procedure to receive 50% deposit up front, 25% at the halfway point, and the remaining 25% at completion of the project.

What is the warranty coverage?

Every job is different and the warranty varies based on the materials. It can range from 1 year to 25 years. Please speak with one of our representatives for more details.
